fluctuating shower temperature disruptive street noise
My stay had issues. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly, and I was not able to set a consistent temperature. I also found the noise levels from the street quite disruptive, especially at night. The thin windows offered little sound insulation and disturbed my sleep. The lack of convenient USB charging ports near the bed was an oversight.

the staff was friendly i found them helpful the hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby restaurants and local shops the room was spacious ensuring i had enough space to relax and unwind
the shower temperature was difficult to adjust

fantastic and safe
perfect size solo travel friendly staff
i enjoyed the single room. it was a perfect size and very comfy! i could have tea or coffee whenever, that was good. i felt safe in the hotel as a solo woman traveller. the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant lady was very friendly.
i would have liked to see a hot chocolate, but i did bring my own just in case.

Holly at reception was a nice, friendly, and cute person. It was lovely to be greeted by her. the staff were very helpful when i asked questions regarding my stay. alison was also helpful. She matched a competitor's price.

The staff members were warm and friendly. They were always available to help and resolve any questions I had. The room was very clean. The bathroom was lovely.
I found no USB port in the bedroom. It would have been more convenient to have one. The breakfast lacked mushrooms one day. The hotel had run out.

pleasant stay
comfortable bed amazing shower convenient parking
i found the bed very comfortable, and i really appreciated the amazing shower in the bathroom. breakfast in the restaurant was a treat. the room i stayed in was quiet! the walk to the city centre was manageable, and on-site parking was really convenient.
The room i stayed in felt quite dusty and seemed to need a very thorough cleaning. It detracted from the overall experience. i hope they address this issue .
